The filling procedure is carried out under CO pressure, using the most up-to-date state-of-the-art ULTRA VALVE (mechanical valve) with a dual snift, one for pre-evacuation or flushing before filling the bottle, and the other for bottle headspace snifting. This valve has full CIP capabilities. Because of the positive lift mechanism, this valve fills at a very fast rate. The most recent alternative is a flow meter combined with a pneumatic actuator valve (electronic filling valve) for exceptionally precise fill.
