Capacities range from 100 liters to 15 KL, and the system can be supplied with centrifugal or screw pumps to suit different production requirements

Our Bottle Warmer Tunnel is designed to gradually warm PET bottles and glass bottles after low-temperature filling operations. The advanced segmented spray system allows precise temperature zoning, enabling the product temperature to increase progressively section by section. This controlled heating process helps reduce condensation and moisture formation on the bottle surface, improving labeling quality, packaging performance, and overall product appearance.
After cold filling, bottles enter the warmer tunnel through a multi-lane conveyor system and are heated from approximately 2–3°C to 30–35°C in a controlled manner. The system is especially suitable for cold-filled products such as carbonated soft drinks and other chilled beverages, ensuring stable bottle temperature before labeling, packing, and further handling operations.
Our Package Chiller is a compact, fully automatic cooling system designed with a modern and elegant industrial finish. The complete unit is mounted on a heavy-duty powder-coated base frame for durability and long-term reliable operation. It is equipped with a high-efficiency screw compressor, stainless steel plate heat exchanger, and circulation pump, all securely mounted on the base. A water-cooled condenser and cooling tower are integrated with the system to ensure efficient heat rejection and stable cooling performance.
For easy operation, the chiller is provided with a front-mounted control panel containing switches, instruments, and controls for all motors and pumps. Each unit undergoes thorough internal cleaning, nitrogen pressure testing up to 450 PSIG, vacuum evacuation, and proper refrigerant charging before delivery.
